How to Breach the LinkedIn T&C

LinkedIn has very strong T&C which you have to agree to when you first sign up but they do little to monitor peoples profiles.

Just a simple change in your name deviating away from your actual name can get you suspended or even your account closed down.

Take Jarratt Davis - Forex trader as an example, he can of course use the Jarratt Davis name is fine by itself but by adding Forex trader to his name he is in breach of the T&C but despite LinkedIn being made aware of his profile on 5 occasions they have chosen to ignore this fact. Why? Because he has +500 connections?
