LinkedIn Top 1% Viewed

LinkedIn often makes changes to its offering and one recent change was to show how you compare with other people in your network or your peers. When a profile makes it to the Top 1% Viewed its often regarded as a good status but some profiles hve taken it upon themselves to show the world just how good they are. Now whilst the bragging rights are worth having it still is a breach of the T&C of LinkedIn but again LinkedIn is turning a blind eye to profiles with lots of connections. Take Judy below as an example, she is obviously in the Top 1% Viewed but also shows off how many connections she has 34k and is what they call LION (LinkedIn Open Net-worker).

Judy Foster (LION) 34,100+ Top 1% Viewed changed to Judy Foster (LION)

Here are other examples

Daniel Pineda " LION 9500 Top 1% Viewed

Fred Hermans, MBA [LION] 27.2K+, Top 1% chanegd to Fred Hermans, MBA [LION]

Why does LinkedIn have T&C if they are not upheld?
